All clients must start with a New Client Session. Allow 75 minutes for this session.
This gives us time to explore your needs and see how your body responds to Manual Lymphatic Drainage. We will spend time talking through your health history and your current experience. I then offer a targeted session to address your current needs for your healing journey.

Comprehensive sessions are for established clients who want to work on specific needs but also enjoy the benefits of head-to-toe lymphatic drainage therapy.

A package can be purchased after you have been established as a new client and have had a New Client Session.
Treat your lymphatic and parasympathetic systems to routine support. The true benefits of MLD are better appreciated after three sessions as several sessions makes it clear how your body responds to this modality.

Optimal post-surgical recovery requires intensive sessions in the first 3-5 weeks of recovery. Invest in your recovery the same way that you invested in your surgery.
Please start by booking a New Client Appointment 3-5 days ahead of your scheduled surgery to prepare your lymphatics for surgery.
In the initial visit we will have an initial session of MLD and make sure we are a good fit to work together. To work together post-surgically, you will book a package of 5 or 10 post-surgical appointments (two sessions a week for the first 3-5 weeks) after your surgery. This is especially important as the timing of these appointments affects your optimal recovery. I strongly prefer that you book all of these appointments before your surgery date to ensure the optimal timing of your appointments. The timing of post-surgical appointments affects recovery. Feel free to reach out to me to discuss the timing of these appointments and to obtain available appointment times.
