30 minute intake and discussion with 45 minutes of table time.
We spend time talking through your health history and your current experience. I offer a targeted session to address your current need and start your healing journey.
Standard Session

15 minute intake and discussion with 60 minutes of table time.
We will check in about any changes since your last session and craft a plan to meet as many of your needs and goals as possible during this session.
Post-Surgical Session

For best results, please book a new client appointment 3-5 days ahead of your scheduled surgery and a minimum of 4 post-surgical appointments (two sessions a week for two weeks) after your surgery. This is especially important The timing of these appointments can affect the optimal results of your surgery. Please book all of these appointments prior to your surgery date to assure the optimal timing of your appointments. Please feel free to reach out to me to discuss the timing of these appointments and to claim available appointment times in the weeks following your surgery.
Comprehensive Session

$150/ 105 minutes
15 minute intake and discussion with 90 minutes of table time.
Comprehensive sessions are ideal when you want to work on specific needs but also enjoy the benefits of head-to-toe lymphatic drainage therapy.
Comprehensive Plus
Comprehensive Plus
$200/135 minutes
15 minute intake and discussion with 2 hours of table time.
These sessions are ideal for experienced clients who want a longer full-body session, have specific goals that require a longer session time or need extended attention in multiple areas.
Gift certificates are also available.
Gratuity is not expected.
